We are a family based General Contracting business and specialize in development of land into Residential and Recreational parcels, and, the  construction of Homes and Cottages. Since 1968, we have developed over 1000 Residential and Recreational lots and constructed hundreds of  Homes and Cottages.

Our location, in beautiful Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, puts us in a unique area of Forest, Lakes and Rivers, providing access to numerous opportunities to find a Lot or Property to please almost any buyer.
